Jean-Manuel founded Adelie in 2018. He has more than 15 years of experience advising and investing in financial services and technology companies. He worked in particular for Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in London where he was an advisor to lending platforms, fintech companies and leading tech investors such as DST Global and Rocket Internet.
Previously, Jean-Manuel worked with the founders of Clipperton at NetsCapital, a tech-focused corporate finance boutique.
He graduated from Centrale Supelec in Engineering and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Prior to joining Adelie in 2020, Quentin worked as right-hand to the CEO & COO at SpaceFill, a B2B SaaS logistics startup, and as junior consultant at Accenture Strategy in the Financial Services practice.
He graduated from ESSEC Business School (Master in Management) and followed the Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship track.
Prior to joining Adelie in 2024, Raphaël was a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company in Paris where he advised numerous private equity funds as well as consumer, technology and pharmaceutical companies. On top of that, he also worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment banking team in London.
Raphaël graduated from HEC Paris and Ecole Polytechnique (X-HEC) and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
Hugo joined Adelie in 2023. Previously, he worked at Quadrille Capital in Venture Capital, in large cap M&A at Crédit Agricole CIB in the P&U division and in FP&A at Worldline.
He is a graduate of the GETT triple degree program from EDHEC Business School during which he studied in France, in South Korea at SungKyunKwan University and in California at UC Berkeley.

Daphne joined Adelie in 2024, bringing 5 years of experience in the customer/client service industry, as well as content writing skills honed at a marketing company.
She has a Bachelor's degree in English Language Studies from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
